Terms of Service

By using the Tripuck platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms of use. Our platform is a metasearch (comparison) engine and does not provide direct travel services, but allows you to compare offers from different providers.

If you do not accept these terms and conditions or any part thereof, please do not use our platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.

Tripuck is a metasearch platform. This means:

• We provide search and comparison facilities for flight tickets, hotel reservations, and other travel services
• We do not make direct reservations or sales
• We direct you to third-party providers (airlines, hotels, agencies)
• Reservation and payment processes are carried out through the relevant provider
• Price and availability information is updated in real-time but may vary

When using our platform, you must comply with the following rules:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Protect your own account security
• Do not use the platform for illegal purposes
• Respect the rights of other users
• Do not use automated tools (bots, scrapers)
• Do not compromise platform security
• Comply with provider terms of use

All content, design, logos, software, and materials on the Tripuck platform are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

You may view and use the platform for personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce, or distribute the content for commercial purposes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Actions that would harm the platform or prevent access
• Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful software
• Automated data collection (scraping, crawling)
• Creating fake accounts or identity theft
• Sending spam or unwanted content
• Harassing other users
• Price manipulation or sharing misleading information
• Reverse engineering of the platform

Tripuck as a comparison platform:

• Is not responsible for the service quality of third-party providers
• Cannot be held responsible for price changes or availability differences
• Is not responsible for reservation cancellation, modification, or refund policies
• Is not responsible for problems experienced during travel
• Cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of information displayed on the platform
• Is not responsible for damages caused by technical malfunctions or interruptions

Our platform may direct you to third-party websites (airlines, hotels, agencies). These sites:

• Have their own terms of use and privacy policies
• Tripuck is not responsible for their content and services
• Security standards may vary
• Pricing and policies are variable

Tripuck reserves the right to change these terms of use without prior notice. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page.

By continuing to use the platform, you are deemed to have accepted the current terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.

Although Tripuck is primarily a metasearch platform, in some cases it may offer certain products and services directly as a seller. In this case, the following additional terms apply:

• The product detail page will display "Seller: Tripuck"
• Distance Sales Agreement provisions apply (Consumer Law No. 6502)
• Right of withdrawal varies by product category
• Payment and invoice are issued by Tripuck
• Customer service is provided directly by Tripuck
• Cancellation, refund, and modification processes are handled through Tripuck

Registered users may earn Tripuck Balance on eSIM products purchased directly from Tripuck. The following terms apply to the program:

• Balance is calculated on the package amount paid by card, at a rate based on the user's eSIM spending over the last 12 months (5%, 8% or 10%), and is credited to the account when the eSIM is delivered. The part paid with balance and add-on service fees are not included. The spending thresholds for each rate are published, in the currency of the site where the order is placed, on the "Tripuck Balance" page of the Help Center; refunded orders do not count as spending, and the rate drops if spending over the last 12 months falls below a threshold.
• Orders using a discount coupon and corporate (B2B) orders do not earn balance.
• Earned balance is valid for 12 months from the date it is credited; expired balance is removed without notice. Balance credited as an order refund does not expire.
• Balance can only be used for eSIM package purchases on Tripuck while signed in. It cannot be used on the same order as a discount coupon or on orders placed through a partner link. Gift balance granted for promotions or compensation can cover at most 10% of an order.
• If the order on which balance was earned is fully or partially refunded, the related balance is taken back in proportion to the refund.
• Invite program: when a person who arrives through a user's personal invite link, opens a new account and has not ordered before reaches the total spending amount published in the Help Center while signed in, gift balance is credited to both parties. A person can only be invited once; the inviting user can receive at most 10 invite rewards per month. Invite rewards are gift balance and are subject to the gift balance rules.
• Balance cannot be exchanged for cash, does not earn interest, and cannot be transferred or sold. Balance is not a payment instrument or electronic money.
• If the account is deleted, the balance in the account can no longer be used.
• If abuse, fake orders or fraudulent transactions are detected, Tripuck reserves the right to cancel the related balance and remove the account from the program.
• Tripuck may change the earning rates and program terms by publishing them on this page. Changes apply to orders placed after publication and do not affect the amount or validity of balance already earned.

These terms of use are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes regarding our platform are subject to the jurisdiction of Antalya Courts and Execution Offices.

In case of inconsistency between the English version and the Turkish version of these terms, the Turkish version shall prevail.
