Built in 1968 as an auxiliary runway for Royal Khmer Aviation, this airport is located just 3 km from the city center. The airport has a runway oriented 07/25 with an asphalt surface, measuring 1,600 meters in length and 40 meters in width. While there is no significant capacity for commercial flights, it was planned to reopen for domestic flights in 2020 but is not yet actively serving.
